DO YOU ASSIST IN THE STORE LOCATION PROCESS?

Yes. While you are primarily responsible for locating a site for your Crú Day Spa® store, we will offer you assistance in the site selection process and ultimately approve sites that conform to our general guidelines for Crú Day Spa® stores. Your Crú Day Spa store’s site may not interfere with the territorial rights of any existing Crú Day Spa® stores or that are in development. We help analyze critical data, coupled with key factors such as location size, visibility, traffic counts, anchor tenancy, co-tenancy, rental rates, lease terms and competition variables, will allow you to make an educated decision regarding your site selection.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE SIZE OF A CRÚ DAY SPA® RETAIL STORE?

The average store size is approximately 2,800 square feet.  However, we can accommodate just about any size location.

WHAT IS THE INITIAL INVESTMENT FOR A CRÚ DAY SPA® RETAIL STORE AND WHAT DO I NEED FINANCIALLY TO QUALIFY?

Example: The estimated initial investment for a 2,800 square foot CRÚ DAY SPA® store within the area of Houston, Texas ranges from approximately $150,000 – $300,000.  This range includes a one-time initial fee, three months’ rent, lease, utility and security deposits, design and architectural fees, leasehold improvements, furniture and fixtures, signage, a computer system, professional fees, equipment, business licenses and permits, initial inventory (ranging from $30,000 - $60,000 worth), the costs of attending orientation training, insurance, miscellaneous operating costs and other initial start-up expenses.  The initial investment for a new  Crú Day Spa® store will vary based on factors such as the location of your Crú Day Spa® store, specific cost structure and current relevant market conditions, how well you follow our methods and procedures, your management skills, your business experience and capabilities, local economic conditions, the local market for our products and services, the prevailing wage rates, competition, and sales levels and the rate of sales growth that you are able to achieve during your initial phase of business operations and thereafter.  That said, to be considered for a Crú Day Spa® store franchise, you must have immediate access to the funds needed to cover, at a minimum, the estimated initial investment.

DO WE HELP YOU WITH FINANCING?

We do not directly provide financing, but we would be happy to introduce you to lenders who specialize in small business finance.

ARE THERE ANY MONTHLY ROYALTY PAYMENTS?

Yes, your first 90 days are royalty free in order to get a loud launch in place then 5% is collected from NET sales. While the vast majority of franchise models charge both an ongoing royalty and marketing fund contribution, both of which are often based on a percentage of the franchised business’ total gross sales, we only collect a royalty from NET sales.

DO I RECEIVE A PROTECTED TERRITORY?

Yes. A Crú Day Spa® store franchisee receives a protected territory equal to the lesser of: (i) a 10-mile radius from the store’s location or (ii) an area surrounding the store’s location that encompasses an estimated population of 400,000 residents.  If the Crú Day Spa® store is located within a commercial facility, such as a corporate building or skyscraper, then the protected territory equals the commercial facility in which the Crú Day Spa® store is located and a one-mile radius from the commercial facility’s location.

DO YOU ASSIST WITH THE BUILD-OUT AND SET UP OF MY CRÚ DAY SPA STORE?

Yes. Our experts will guide you through the entire process of building out and setting up your Crú store. Once your location has been selected and approved, we will set up a timeline of events that will end with the actual grand opening of your Crú store. Rest assured, your hand will be held through this entire process.

IF I ALREADY OWN A DAY SPA, WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE TO CONVERT IT TO A CRÚ DAY SPA® STORE

YES! Please complete and submit the online application and be sure to note on the application the name of your existing Day Spa, along with the city and state the store is located in. A representative will be in contact with you to discuss the details of this opportunity.

DO YOU OFFER AN INITIAL TRAINING PROGRAM?

Yes. We offer an extensive, 1-week orientation training program for 2 attendees.  This program will cover everything you need to know in order to properly operate a Crú Day Spa® store.

DO YOU OFFER ONGOING TRAINING AND SUPPORT?

Yes. In addition to the 1-week orientation training program, we may offer continuing education programs on matters related to the operation or promotion of your Crú Day Spa® store and will make our personnel available to you for ongoing consultation.  In fact, prior to your Crú Day Spa® store opening, you will be assigned a team leader who will be your primary contact and will be responsible for assisting you in the ongoing operations of your Crú Day Spa® store.

DO YOU OFFER MARKETING ASSISTANCE?

Yes. Our extremely talented, in-house graphic design and marketing team has decades of experience and is here to assist our Crú Day Spa® store franchisees with their design and marketing needs.  We have a vast library of pre-designed templates for social media, flyers, postcards, print ads, direct mail, email campaigns, posters, vehicle wraps, billboards, banners, yard signs, and more.  In addition, our graphic design department can create custom designed pieces to fit a franchisee’s specific marketing needs. In addition, our user-friendly website, CruDaySpa.com, along with national marketing, is designed to drive customers to the Crú® store network. All assistance we provide in designing and developing advertising is free of charge!
